Thanks to our recent enrollment in the Clarkson Care-Package of the Month Club and to Hickory Farm (for carrying cheese that lasts 6 months without refrigeration) we are now fully stocked with an armada of cheese! We enjoyed cheese and crackers today with a variety of three cheeses and still have all of the above pictured cheeses to go. Mmmm! Hurray for cheese!

Haha, you guys are so cute. And man does that cheese look yummy!
You know, you might be surprised that after a while you don't miss cheese so much. I used to buy it on the foreign grocery store sites, but after a while it was too expensive and I realized that I didn't really miss it. Cheese is great, but it doesn't fit with Asian cooking, and after a couple years it almost feels weird to eat it.
