
Ben and I had a choclate chip cookie baking competition last weekend. Ben used standard Better Homes and Gardens with a few of his secret touches and I used a similar recipe with the addtion of peanut butter and rice flour substituted for the wheat flour. Both recipes came out quite good but we both voted for our own as being best. So, with no one to vote as a tie breaker, both recipes tied for first place. :) The photos is Ben's first batch as he miscalculated how far his cookies would spread...they almost baked themselves off the pan!

I love this! I want to have a cookie off!! The rice flour worked? Did the texture feel different? Miss you guys.
